Hazipur is located in Sector 104, Gautam Buddh Nagar District, Noida, Uttar Pradesh and offers both residential and commercial projects. It lies in the North – West of Noida. The nearby localities within a radius of 3 – 4 km are Sector 100, 98, 105, 110, 107 and 108. Most of the housing / residential projects in the area are low rise builder apartments, with shops on the ground/lower floors and flats/apartments on the subsequent floors. The area is mostly dominated by independent builders. Some of the projects in the locality are smart homes by Advetaya Construction, Pihu Kingston Royal Homes by Pihu Infratech LLP, Sharanam by Great Value, Hi Tech homes by Buildlopers India Pvt. Ltd, amongst others. As Hazipur is surrounded by various universities, therefore paying guest facilities are also available in the area.
Physical infrastructure
Hazipur has Noida – Greater Noida Expressway in the South and Dadri main road at the north side. Vishvakarma road connects Hazipur with Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and Dadri main road. Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSTRC) provides a number of bus service for the commute to other localities. The nearby metro station in Sector 76 on the Aqua line (Noida – Greater Noida metro route), at a distance of 4 km. The nearest railway station is Sarai Kale Khan Railway station, Delhi, which is around 16 km from here. The Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi IGI), is at a distance of approximately 31 km.
